So sad to inform you that two loving and self-sacrificing parents Margie Caraig and Ralph Shinn are going through some rough times. Even as Ralph battles with lung cancer they just lost one of their two beloved sons, Raffy Jr. The family is understandably shocked and shaken by this loss.

Chino, as Raffy Jr. was fondly called, was a sweet, caring, loving son, brother, boyfriend, cousin, nephew and friend to many. Chino’s most precious role was that of an amazing father to a 4-year old daughter, Amy. Chino’s smile brightened every room he walked in like a ray of sunshine. His Tik-Tok chinito_shinn speaks of his great sense of humor and his love for life.

Friends, families, and dearest ones: Illness and sudden loss are added financial stressors to an already grieving family.
