Peter Craig Jurney passed away on November 20, 2019 at the young age of 56. He is survived by his wife, Erika and his three school age boys. 

Craig had a long history as a part of the Stanford and HighWire families. He attended Stanford University as an undergraduate, where he studied economics and public policy. To pay for his studies, he built a fund-raising system for the University which is how he met John Sack. This was also when he met his wife Erika, one of HighWire’s founding members.  

Craig had an insatiable love of education and a passion for lifelong learning. In addition to being HighWire’s Chief Architect, he could often be seen holding court and in deep discussion with colleagues on ANY subject under the sun. His knowledge of culture, art, politics and history was unmatched.

Given his unrelenting search for knowledge, it seems fitting that we should honor his memory by offering an opportunity for his three boys to follow in his footsteps and have the opportunity to pursue their academic potential.
