Dear friends and family,
Many of you did not know that our mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer back in January and given up to a year to live. Four months later, after radiation therapy and partial chemotherapy treatments, we find ourselves here. While it was expected, we didn't know that it would happen this soon. We thought we had more time.
Anyone who knew our mom would know that she is a kind, giving, and loving soul. We have witnessed the love mom has displayed for many people by sacrificing what little she had for the betterment of another. She helped and loved so many, and I can tell that she was equally loved by others. So many of you have reached out and asked for a way to donate, which reflects the impact that she's had on so many of your lives.
Thankfully our mom is still with us today, but she is not expected to be here with us much longer. We have started the process of making her final arrangements. We were not initially going to ask for help, but so many of you have reached out and we are overwhelmed by the love, care, and kindness you have shown us and our mom at this time.
Please consider donating, if you are able to do so. We are so very grateful for every donation during this difficult time.
With love,
Toyia, Aaron, Kamiko, & Kelly
