Remembering Our Father, Wang Yong Yang
It is with great sadness to share the news that our beloved father, Wang Yong Yang, has now left us. He shared his last breath with us on June 26th at around 1PM in the home he shared with his wife, Mary Yang and children. He leaves behind his wife, sons, and daughters along with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed, forever loved and remembered by family and friends.
Our father would’ve lived to 90 years on July 18th of this year. He was born in Laos and was a veteran in the Secret War of Laos. In the year of 1979 was the year our father brought his family to the United States and in 1982 was where he and his wife made Fresno their permanent residence to embark on a new life.
Our father’s funeral will be hosted on July 31st to August 2nd at the Hmong Memorial Chapel on 741 W Belmont Ave, Fresno, CA 93728. We invite everyone who can at this time join us in the celebration of life for our father. His burial will formally take place on the 2nd of August at the Fresno Memorial Gardens where he will join in the company of his two late sons, Gene Yang and Lao Yang.
We appreciate any donations at this time to help aid us in the celebration of life for our beloved Father. The Yang family would like to thank those of you who help share and donate. God bless each of you.
