Remembering Our Beloved Niece

Hi. A few years back, we legally adopted a niece of ours into our immediate family through the state of Texas as she experienced tragic circumstances in her life. At her age of 14, we were ecstatic to get through so many emotions and finalize the adoption process and start a fresh new life for her within our home. She became a daughter to us and a sibling to our kids. Now our lives are turned upside down as she left to be a guardian angel to watch over us at the young age of 16. She left our home for school on Tuesday morning, 5/13/25, and while waiting for the school bus, she was struck by a passing vehicle while playing on a skateboard. Now we are handling this heartbreaking situation and as it was so unexpected, we are left to scramble and figure out funds to give our baby girl her proper send off. Anything helps. Thank you.
