The world lost a really great man on September 16. To everyone who knew him, whether they called him Chris or Noel, he was infinitely kind, funny, resourceful and loyal. Generous with his time and his friendship, he was endlessly patient and always ready to help however he could.

He simply meant so much to so many--especially his life partner, Julieanne. With his sudden passing, she could use the support of those who loved him and so we have started this page in his honor.
