Remembering Natanael: A Loving Family Man

On June 27th, 2025, our beloved Natanael Fuentes went home to be with the Lord. Natanael was tragically taken from us as he went on his daily morning walk. Losing him so suddenly has shaken our world, but we find our strength in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Natanael was a caring husband, a loving father, a playful grandfather, a beloved brother, uncle, cousin, loyal friend, and a faithful servant of the Lord.

As a friend who is more like a brother, Natanael’s charisma, generosity and loyalty won the hearts of many. He loved to serve others through his gift and passion for cooking. His loud and booming voice could be recognized in any setting, and his jokes and stories brought laughter and joy to many of us. He was a man who valued the gift of family, who encouraged unity, and testified his love for the Lord through his words and actions. His life was a testament to Proverbs 17:17 NLT “A friend is always loyal, and a brother is born to help in time of need.”

To help cover funeral expenses, memorial services, and any additional costs that come with saying goodbye, we have created this GoFundMe. Words can’t express our gratitude for the compassion and love we've received during this difficult time. Every act of support reminds us that we’re not alone in this pain. El 27 de junio de 2025, nuestro amado Natanael Fuentes partió a casa para estar con el Señor. Natanael nos fue arrebatado trágicamente mientras realizaba su caminata matutina diaria. Perderlo tan repentinamente ha conmocionado nuestro mundo, pero encontramos nuestra fuerza en nuestro Señor y Salvador Jesucristo.

Natanael fue un esposo cariñoso, un padre amoroso, un abuelo juguetón, un hermano querido, tío, primo, amigo leal y un fiel siervo del Señor.

Como amigo, más como un hermano, el carisma, la generosidad y la lealtad de Natanael conquistaron el corazón de muchos. Le encantaba servir a los demás a través de su don y pasión por la cocina. Su voz potente y resonante se reconocía en cualquier contexto, y sus chistes e historias nos llenaban de risa y alegría. Era un hombre que valoraba el don de la familia, fomentaba la unidad y testificaba su amor por el Señor con palabras y acciones. Su vida fue un testimonio de Proverbios 17:17 NTV: «Un amigo siempre es leal, y un hermano nace para ayudar en el momento de necesidad».
