Remembering Nancy and Tom's Love

On February 22nd, 2025, my best friend Nancy Orellana Splinter and her husband Thomas Splinter got into a tragic car accident and passed away. Tom and Nance were a wonderful couple who were always there for each other and their friends and family, no matter what. They were the type of couple who hosted Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas parties in their home and spread the love they had with everyone. The two of them had just tied the knot in September 2024 in Mays Landing, and the newlyweds planned on spending the rest of their lives together.

Nancy was a light in the community, always there to provide a helping hand with a smile on her face. She had recently gotten a promotion at work and was so excited to keep building her career. Tom also had gotten a promotion recently, and both were ready to keep making tremendous strides as a couple as they continued to support their family. Nancy leaves behind a son, Andrew, who Tom was a wonderful father figure to. Tom himself was a loving father of three.

Their unexpected loss leaves behind a huge gap in their families and all proceeds from this fundraiser go to Andrew and the family as they make arrangements.
