Monet Garcia, an amazing skater and beautiful soul, passed away in a tragic accident at 12 years of age.  Her and her mother Maria have been active members of the Las Vegas Figure Skating Club and the skating community.  Monet was a 7th grade student at K.O. Knudson Middle School and attended William E. Snyder Elementary School.  Her mother Maria is a faculty member at William E. Snyder Elementary School.  To honor Monet's memory, we want to help her mother pay for funeral expenses.
