On Friday, May 23rd, my good friend Michael passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, while resting on his couch just 2 weeks short of his 31st birthday.

His surviving husband, Theo, and Michael's parents are facing upsetting costs in the wake of this horrible tragedy.

Michael was a wonderful friend and husband. He went out of his way to treat people with kindness and show them how much he cared about their lives, their hobbies, and most of all, their artistic endeavors. He cared deeply for others, and brought so much joy with him.

I miss my friend dearly, and would appreciate any donations to help alleviate some of the cost for his family.

Michael's service will be held Friday, May 30th. Funds will be used to help cut the cost (which exceeds $20k) .
