I wish there was the perfect recipe you could have tucked away that prepares you for the sudden loss of a loved one. But until you’ve lived it, you don’t realize that this recipe doesn’t exist. The pain overtakes you, the realization that the person you thought would always be there isn’t anymore. It stops you in your tracks and rocks you to your very core.
On Thursday night, April 18th, we got a call that we never saw coming, we lost a beautiful person, Missy Westerman. It’s by God’s amazing grace that we can look ahead knowing she’s in a better place, healthy and whole, dancing in the arms of Jesus.  Missy will be deeply missed but we know her legacy will live on through her kids and husband. We sure do miss you here on earth but are comforted knowing we will be with you again one day.
