Introduction Martha Elva Baltazar was a Mother of 3 boys and 1 beautiful daughter. She was the youngest of three. She will be remembered for always being generous, putting others first at all times making sure everybody around her had a full belly. All though my mother just like all of us wasn’t perfect, she was truly cared for and deeply loved. She’ll will be miss dearly.
