My name is Melissa Cadet, and I am heartbroken to share that I lost the love of my life, a powerful and beautiful man, on Sunday, February 16, 2025. Marcus Mackenson Joseph, known to many as Marco, was born on August 27, 1983, and he was taken from us far too soon. Marco had big dreams and plans; he was a man of great faith, spirituality, ambition, and determination. His deep belief in God only made him a better person as he grew older.

Marco was not only a devoted father, loving brother, and caring boyfriend but also a loyal friend, confidant, and dreamer. He cherished his family and friends, and his love for his precious daughter was immeasurable. Tragically, we lost him in the most inexplicable way. His impact on the lives of so many people is beyond what words can express. We know that God has His own plans for Marco.

As we come together to celebrate Marco’s life and ensure he is sent home the right way, we are reaching out to our community for support. The family and I kindly ask for your assistance in memory Marco. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated and will help us honor his memory and keep his spirit alive.
