Help us raise money for Lucas Baumeister's family. ❤️
January 1st our world crashed, Our Best Friend Desi’s baby boy Lucas (who had just turned 16 years old) passed away due to having mental health issues, and tomorrow January 8th we grieve his passing and celebrate his life. It has been a roller coaster of emotions from screaming, silently crying, angry and yelling, and even some laughter remembering how amazing he really was for everyone. The boy who woke up almost daily with some shenanigans about to happen good, bad or in between. There were days he poured so much love and happiness into everyone, making people laugh and then he had his days he wanted to be in his room listening to music, watching you tube or playing videos games. He was very protective of his room, his stuff, his space, OCD to the max, his room was almost always clean and usually smelled the best in the house. He loved having long hair, painted his nails sometimes, wore whatever he wanted even when it was those dam ugly pink sweats (We think he wore those sometimes just to bug his mom lol). He loved colors, mushrooms, smiley faces, skulls, his ASHOLES LIVE FOREVER FLAG hung proudly on his wall. He was the craziest child when he was little, so many ER visits he almost had his own room. He would flirt with the nurses and he has always had a smile that melted your heart. He gave his mom so many gray hairs always doing something dangerous, climbing a tree higher than anyone else, trying to ride his skateboard down the windshield of her car, riding his bike across central in Sidney and being brought home by the Loaf'n'jug ladies because they all knew her son Lucas and had her number. He would help the ladies put items away and organize shelves, she couldn't get him out of the store, and the morning fights about donuts and chocolate milk. Him and his brother riding the pillow pets through the hospital they "barrowed" from the pharmacy. The dancing to Michael Jackson, at the fair, at the Halloween carnival at the park, at Redbox outside Reynolds. He loved his sissy Rayann and she was his favorite forever, even tho he drove her crazy stealing her dolls and hiding them, or her makeup and wearing her dresses. When they moved to Fairview, he had boundary streets he could not cross, thankfully Loaf'n'jug was on their side of town this time. He loved the park and the pool just down the street, all her kids were learning to swim at about 6 months old. He was hesitant about playing football, but it turned out he rocked, him and his brother, Big Bull and Little Bull. He was a straight a student when he was in school. He made so many friends in Fairview, and we were so excited to see what life had in store for him. His FAMILY wasn't just blood, and it kept growing more the older he got. So many memories she could write a book but if you want stories just let her know and she can talk for hours. He had a heart of gold but demons we could not fix no matter what we tried. No things weren't always sunshine and rainbows, but she really did try, she just don't tell everyone their business and our circle/tribe is very small, so they saw all the good and all the struggles. Baby boy you are loved and missed.
