Remembering Kim: A Heartfelt Farewell

Update 5/16/25 - Losing one’s Mother is a deep pain, especially when we reach out for her hand and it isn’t there any more. The pain runs deep with this loss and we are trying to get through it as best as we can. I am planning the funeral and celebration of life. The goal is to have it on or around Sat. July 12th. I will send updates as I have them.

Update, 5/10/25 Mom left this Earth this morning. ✝️ She will be with us always.

As many of you know, our beloved Mom, Kim (Kimmi to some) is on hospice and has been fighting for each day she’s with us. Her departure is near and is expected to leave an indescribable void in our hearts and in the lives of everyone who knew her. She’s the kind of person whose love, laughter, sarcasm, and strength touched so many. We are heartbroken, but we are committed to celebrating her life in the way she deserves—with beauty, love, and dignity.

We are reaching out for support to help cover the costs of her cremation, a celebration of life, floral arrangements, keepsakes for family and loved ones, and any unexpected costs that may arise during this difficult time. Every contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward getting through this time, honoring her memory and helping us give her the heartfelt goodbye she deserves.
