On Saturday, May 3rd, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. Kevin Potts, a dedicated arborist and former firefighter and engineer for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), tragically passed away in a work-related accident. He was the sole provider for his family and he took so much pride in his work and his ability to care for his family. He leaves behind his loving partner, five children—Brooklyn, KJ, Austin, Christopher, and Jackson—a devoted sister, a grieving mother, and a close-knit family who are heartbroken by his sudden departure. As a self-employed tree care professional, his passing has left them in urgent need of support. We are seeking monetary donations to help cover immediate expenses and provide for his children during this incredibly difficult time.
