Donation protected
On behalf of his loving wife and daughters, It is with great sadness and complete disbelief that we share the news of the passing of our amazing brother, Special Agent Juan Rogelio Lozano. Special Agent Lozano passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 doing what he loved… riding his bike under the beautiful Texas sky.
Special Agent Lozano was an amazing individual, a God loving man with a selfless heart and above all, a man that loved all his family unconditionally and without reservation.
Special Agent Lozano’s beautiful daughters and his wife were his entire world and there was nothing that he would not do to make keep them safe and bring joy to their lives. Special Agent Lozano was intelligent, a loving son, a loyal brother, a wonderful husband, and a dutiful patriot to the Country he loved. Now his beautiful daughters and beautiful wife are left to carry on his legacy without him.
Special Agent Lozano excelled in his career and received the DHS Assistant Secretary’s Award for his outstanding work in criminal investigations and for his work pertaining to the U.S./Mexico Bi-lateral Agreement.
Special Agent Lozano was a mentor and friend to those blessed with knowing his gentle and caring soul during his amazing career.
Special Agent Lozano began his federal law enforcement career in May 1997, as an Immigration Inspector at the Laredo Port of Entry, where he later became a Supervisory Inspector. From March 2003 to October 2005, Juan was a CBP Officer, with the creation of the Department of Homeland Security.
He joined the ranks at HSI Laredo, where he was promoted to Group Supervisor.
Special Agent would later join CBP-OPR in November 2018 as a Special Agent with the Resident Agent in Charge office in Laredo, Texas, and he quickly became an integral part of the office.
Special Agent Juan Rogelio Lozano will be greatly missed. He epitomized what a role model should be and his family and friends have no words to express what they are going through. At this time, we humbly ask for any help that you can offer to his beautiful wife and three gorgeous daughters so that they can continue their education and carry on his legacy. God bless you and thank you.
