Remembering Joshua Cook
Some tragedies in life come too suddenly. Many of us are in shock at the passing of Joshua Cook. In Tracy's words:
"After a beautiful life filled with wonderful loving family and friends, it saddens me greatly to say that my amazing husband Joshua Cook has been taken from us unexpectedly and way too soon. He is with God now."
Josh had an impact on all of us. His laugh was infectious, and he shared his big heart in so many ways. He leaves behind his wife Tracy , his son Wyatt, and his mother Carol.
With Covid , social distancing , and job losses, it's hard to help out in some of the ways we normally would. If you are able to, donating here is one way you can support Tracy and Wyatt right now. There are funeral expenses, health insurance, bills, taxes on this fundraiser, Wyatt's future, and probably a whole host of other things I'm not thinking of.
If you want to support in other ways, please reach out to me using the organizer contact button below.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, 500 Parker Ave., Buffalo, on Wednesday August 26th at 9:30 AM.

I've known Josh since I was little when my older brother Curt became good friends with him while attending St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute. He's been a friend of the Kuczkowski family for 35 years. Josh was always just fun to be around, the very definition of gregarious. So many fond memories, many of them too funny to talk about in public. But I'll always remember many summers at Allegany State Park listening to Kevin McCarthy play, laughter around the fire, and late night walks looking up into the starry night sky. And who can compare with the way Josh planned parties with the most ridiculous themes, rules, and prizes. You were an original, a legend.
You will be missed dearly Josh, we love you.
