Remembering John “Intek” Bargyh Memorial Fund

John Bargyh, also known as “Intek” was an artist, author, visionary, and a trailblazer in the urban art community. Most importantly, John was my loving brother. We shared a special relationship and had an unbreakable bond that was strengthened after the loss of both of our parents.

On February 10, 2022, heaven gained an angel, when the world lost my beloved brother, tragically in an accident in Bali, Indonesia. To know John was to LOVE John! His unequivocal love and loyalty for the people he called family & friends was unquestionable. The day we lost John, our worlds were casted by a shadow of sadness and despair, but today, and every day after, the sky will shine that much brighter because of his eternal light. Let this be a celebration of an irreplaceable light of life and may we continue to share and spread the love and connections that blossomed because of John’s heart, talents, and gifts.

I truly appreciate the outpouring of love and sentiments that everyone has shared about the importance of John’s life and the impact that he and his art have made on the world. I now need your support in raising funds as I pick up the pieces, navigate the Balinese system for answers, and bring my brother back to the United States to honor him and lay him to rest with our mother.

Please know that 100% of funds raised will go directly to honoring my loving brother John. The funds will be used specifically for the expenses associated with bringing my brother and his things back from Bali; the autopsy and medical examinations, the funeral/ burial costs; and his memorial. With your support, I’m hoping to bring my brother back as soon as possible.
