On November 20th, 2025 we had to unexpectedly say goodbye to a brave and courageous man, James Patrick Sevillano. He was a much loved partner, brother, father, uncle, and friend. He battled several medical issues, including heart problems, which lead to doctors performing surgery on the afternoon of November 19th. Unfortunately, the procedure was too much for his body and he had to be put on life support which was then withdrawn in the early morning hours of the 20th after speaking with doctors as it was not possible for him to recover.
Jim fought many battles that we all face on a daily basis but also some only a few can say they were blessed to walk away from. He always did it with a smile on his face and would say “well worry about it when we have to worry.” To know Jim is to know he had a heart of gold. He would regularly make home cooked meals and drive around local areas in California and Arizona rain or shine to deliver them to the unhoused and those less fortunate than himself. He had a soft side for children and would always donate what he could to little ones in need. He had a passion for cooking and often tried new recipes he found on YouTube and TikTok, loved old western movies, making people laugh (which he was really good at), and telling tales of the shenanigans he’d get into when he was young. His love for animals, especially dogs, was unmatched.
Jim was an inspiration to all simply for growing into a person he would have been and was proud of. He taught us all by example how to be strong, have faith, and take life on with strength and courage. We ask if you can please help lay him to rest by donating what you are able to. We sincerely appreciate any help provided. With our thanks and gratitude during this difficult time.
Jim’s family and friends ❤️
