Hey guys, Brad Giles here. I had the honor to assist Jim with the Sunday league when he took a medical break. Jim was a good friend to the Tucson Disc Golf community. He really enjoyed this community and loved the game of disc golf.

After speaking with his girlfriend Octavia and others in the community, it has been decided to put this together in hopes to raise some money for a memorial for Jim. He poured a lot into transforming Sam Lena Course and we wanted to put something together to celebrate this. Depending on the response to this, it can be something as simple as a sign added to the course or something like a memorial bench in his honor.

I know things can be tough out there for some folks but every dollar will make an impact and show the family that the community will come together to celebrate Jim’s impact on this community.
