Hi everyone,

 

As you all are becoming aware, our beloved friend, brother, son, uncle, husband and father to 3 beautiful children, Jeff Chaves, has suddenly passed away.

 

Jeff has impacted all of our lives for the greater good. He would do anything for his friends and family. If there was something he couldn’t do to help, he at least would offer support, advice or even a lending hand in trying to find the answer. Although, there wasn’t much he couldn’t do.

 

His beautiful soul will be missed, but still lives on in memory in all of us and through his wife and children. I am setting this gofundme up, upon their behalf. They have suffered the unimaginable and have been robbed of being able to grow up with him. Jeff helped so many of us in so many different ways and now it is our turn to support his family, as we all know he would have done for us. The money will be used to help with medical expenses, burial expenses and providing his family with the financial support to mourn the loss of their father, while they navigate this new way of life.

 

Jeff may you rest in the sweetest of peace and know that the village you have created is here to support your family during this extremely difficult time.


Services for Jeff Chaves have been set up. 

Wake will be Sunday May 15th from 3-5pm. Funeral will be Monday May 16th at 11AM. All services will be held at Tighe-Hamilton funeral home in Hudson.
