This fundraiser supports the family of Jed Leon, the Executive Banquet Chef at The Summit. Unfortunately, Jed passed away unexpectedly at the age of 42 last week.

Jed has long served as an exemplary member of the Summit staff. He was a key figure in the revitalization of the Special Event department over the last five years. He oversaw the culinary program for hundreds, if not thousands, of private events, brunches, and holidays at the club. A true master of his craft and a fantastic teacher to young cooks just starting their careers, it indeed cannot be stated how much all of us will miss him at The Summit.

Jed leaves behind his 19-year-old daughter, Hannah, with whom he was incredibly close.
