Remembering Jayson Piper
Donation protected
There has never been a moment in my life that I can remember my brother not being around until this past week. My brother had a troubled past in the second half of his life, troubles that he brought upon himself. His mistakes finally caught up with him and now a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend is no longer with us. There is no way to explain here exactly what Jay meant to everyone in his life. Have whatever opinion you want about how he appeared and who you thought he was, but he never wished ill will on anyone else. He loved and was loved by everyone around him. He will NEVER be forgotten.
Jay was unfortunately out of town in another state when he passed away, so my family is dealing with the difficult process of transporting his body and dealing with final arrangements. Any funds we collect here will go towards this complicated and difficult process. The money is not needed in a prompt manner since credit card bills can be paid at another time, but any help with this financial burden that none of my family can really afford at this time will be greatly appreciated. Anything left over from the final arrangements will go toward re-homing Jay's pitbull Bosco. He is too large of a dog for my parents to handle (where he currently lives) and neither I my siblings are able to take him in. Anything else raised beyond that will be donated to Angels at Risk which is a non-profit organization that reaches thousands of families nationwide in addressing the issues facing children and families who are affected by substance abuse. www.angelsatrisk.com
I will be in charge of the final expenses and will transfer what is needed directly to my parents.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading this and helping.
