Hello, my name is Brandon Greene I am a working father of 5 children. Recently, tragedy has stricken our family unexpectedly. The pain is unimaginable and impacting even the smallest members of our family. Three women I hold dearly in my heart were involved and injured in terrible accidents which took two precious souls from this Earth.

The first being my sister Ruby, she is 24 and has three children of her own along with a step-son. She was on her normal route to pick her fiancée up from work when she got Tboned. All of the children made it out safely and unharmed but the child she was carrying didn’t. She was rushed into emergency surgery and had to have a C-section. Ashton Kai Crawford was born 7/28/25. He will be dearly missed by all of us but especially by his siblings who were patiently planning and awaiting his arrival. Their dreams of having a baby brother were taken from them too soon leaving a wound left to heal. This left Ruby unable to walk fully due to hip displacement and she has had to have physical therapy and use mobility aids to help her. We have all been taking turns helping her and her children while she is hurt but that also means we have been missing time from work and school which has left us in  financial troubles. Every day she gets a little stronger through prayer, patience, and determination to be there her kids.

5 days after my sisters accident another car crash deeply impacted our lives, changing them forever. My mother and other little sister Maggie were involved in a car accident and struck a tree head on. This ended up taking a soul that touched so many peoples hearts in the community and our family. You may know her from working at Lucky Shell in Corydon,IN on 135 always greeting customers with a smile and friendly conversation. She lived for her job and let it be known that even though she was in a wheel chair the highlight of her day was getting to talk to her regulars. She was known as mom not only to me and my siblings but also to multiple individuals that she “adopted” through interactions at her job and life, she let them into her heart with her warmth and light. Her name is Jacqueline Rénee Greene, and we hope to always remember her at that gas station. Where some of her ashes will be held. My kids along with her other grandchildren were her pride and joy, they will always remember taking gas station trips to see their Granny and get some love and candy ❤️ we need just a small amount of help to get her cremated and laid to rest. As for my baby sister she is okay right now and just left with a bruised eye, scratch on her forehead and a busted nose. Along with aching in her heart for our mother but no life threatening injuries.

All donations are appreciated no matter how small and will be used for medical expenses, funeral expenses, and a celebration of life we plan towards. Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story and understand our pain
