Irish Eddie Williams was my cousin, a 9-year-old autistic, non-verbal, happy, and kind son. He loved to eat and play in the water, and he brought joy to everyone who loved him. Irish’s gentle spirit and bright smile touched the lives of his family and friends, and he was cherished deeply by all who knew him.

Irish had a special way of connecting with people, even without words. His smile could light up a room, and his spirit made everyone feel welcome. He found happiness in simple things, sharing meals, splashing in the water, and being surrounded by those who cared for him. Tragically, Irish was taken from us too soon while doing what he loved, playing in the water. His loss has left a profound void in our hearts, and his parents and sisters are facing unimaginable grief.
