I'm creating this GoFundMe account to help with funeral costs for my son, who passed away on September 21, 2026.

Hunter Allen Combs just turned 12. He was my third child, born and raised in South Charleston, West Virginia. Hunter was a 6th grader at Dunbar Middle. His brother Bentley attended the same school. In the short time he attended Dunbar Middle, Hunter made several new friends, along with the friends he had since he started kindergarten at Dunbar Primary. Hunter was a great student for the most part; he's had his bad days. He was a protector for his younger brother and his oldest brother. He wouldn't allow anyone to bully his brothers; that's something Hunter was against. Hunter Allen brought so much happiness into our family, but then he could be a pain in the butt. His smile could brighten anyone's day. He had a big heart. Hunter loved to spend time scrolling TikTok and Snapchat. He loved being outside with his brothers and friends, taking walks, going to the park, or, more days than not, just hanging around at home. My boy was taken from us way too soon. Life isn't fair. Our Hunter Bear will be missed deeply. Fly high, my boy.
