To all our family and friends who knew Hugo—you were also loved by him! Our hearts are broken after losing him unexpectedly. He was the best boy. So energetic, happy, and loving. He gave cuddles, licks, and excited tail wags to everyone he met.

Hugo will always be a beloved member of our family, and a little brother to Jonas and Addy. Hugo’s name means bright in mind and spirit and he brought all his loving light to our lives these past 10 years.

Hugo’s sudden passing came a couple months after dislocating his shoulder and many vet and ER visits. I am asking for any help you’re able to give towards the cost of his health care. His heart gave out and he is no longer in pain but we miss him terribly, and wish we had more time with him.

I hope you felt the big love that our tiny Hugo gave so freely. Any amount you can send towards his veterinary care will help, and if you’re not able to give, will you please consider sharing a memory about Hugo? There will never be another like him!
