Rich “Hopper” Amundson was one of those rare people who made an unforgettable impact on everyone lucky enough to know him. He was larger than life, full of personality, fiercely loyal, and the kind of friend who would do absolutely anything for the people he loved. Whether it was making people laugh, showing up when someone needed help, or simply bringing energy and warmth into a room, Hopper had a way of making people feel seen and cared for.

On April 27, 2026, Rich passed away suddenly, leaving behind an unimaginable void in the lives of his family, friends, and everyone who loved him. Most importantly, he leaves behind his beautiful 5-year-old daughter Emily and his life partner Pamela Grimard, who now face the heartbreaking challenge of moving forward without him.

Rich loved his family deeply. Emily was the light of his life, and Pam was his partner through everything. Anyone who knew Hopper knew how proud he was of his family and how hard he worked to take care of the people he loved.

During this incredibly difficult time, we are coming together to support Pam and Emily financially as they navigate the road ahead. The sudden loss of Rich has brought emotional devastation along with unexpected financial burdens, and we want to help ease that weight however we can.
