Remembering Gus: A Kind Soul Gone Too Soon

My name is Michelle and on April 23 I got the news of my brother unexpectedly passing away. It brings me so much sadness to have to write this. Gus was the kindest soul. Gus suffered from depression and I bet no one knew that because of that million dollar smile he always had. Gus was the first one there for anyone and everyone he’s ever met. I know when someone passes, everyone talks about how great they were. But Gus really was just a genuinely kind soul. He battled with his addiction with alcohol for most of his life and unfortunately he was taken from us too soon. Gus leaves behind his parents, two nieces, a nephew, a sister, and all of his friends who loved him very much. If you can help, we would be very grateful. Anything is appreciated. The last thing I want is for my parents to be stressing about this right now. No parent should have to bury their child. Thank you all. Please tell your loved ones they matter. Because you just never know.
