With much sorrow, our beloved uncle, FRANK YOUNG, loved husband and father, passed away the night of Wednesday, July 2nd. Remembered for his love for kids, he jumped to the cries of help from a mother and her child who were found drowning in the Chattahoochee River. Without hesitation, he jumped into the river and managed to save them, but unfortunately was dragged down, ending his own life in a heroic act.

His passing has left a permanent mark not just on those who knew him, but on an entire community, a reminder of the power of selflessness.

The family, in this moment, is going through a lot of pain, especially his only son, who doesn’t have enough money to cover the funeral expenses. This page was created to give a worthy burial to this father, husband, and hero.
