Remembering Finn’s Kind Soul

Dear friends and family,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Finn and his close friend. He was a cherished son, grandson, brother, and friend who brought so much love and light into everyone’s lives. His smile lit up any room he walked into, and he positively impacted so many lives around him with his charismatic personality and big heart.

Along with being known as the “peacemaker” to everyone who knew him, Finn was a standout athlete throughout his life, with going to compete at the state level, becoming the MVP of his high school tennis team, and played many years of travel baseball and basketball. He was a certified yoga instructor at the age of 14, and was on his way to becoming a pilot. His family was so proud of how he cared for others, when he was 14 he had donated all of his Christmas money and donated all of the money he made from classes he taught teaching yoga to St Judes Children’s Hospital because of how much he cared for younger children who were struggling. He was an old soul… wise beyond his years.

Finn and his sister Briella also lost their father earlier last fall 2024, who was also a marine. He elected to hold off on pilot school until this fall, where he was going to begin his dream of following his grandfather’s and uncle’s footsteps, who was also a pilot.

The family is so beyond grateful of the support and sympathy they have received from the community. We are reaching out to our community for support in honoring Finn’s memory. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain with missing work to be with family and allowing the focus on grieving and remembering him. His sister, who was supposed to start her senior year, needs her mother at home as she continues to mourn the death of her father and now her best friend and brother.
