Remembering Ethen: A Son's Legacy

My name is Chloe Dorner. My husband and i recently moved to Kerrville and became neighbors to the sweetest family who welcomed us with open arms. Their son Ethen, sadly passed away on Thursday night at the age of 18. On behalf of his family, we have created this gofundme to help raise money to not only help with costs of putting him to rest, but also medical bills as well as any future bills that may occur etc. If you are called to donate, anything helps. & if you aren’t able to, please just say a prayer for this family as they navigate through this devastating time with heavy hearts.

A message from Ethan’s Family:

Ethen Brengel was the smartest kid i know. Never saw him doing school work but always managed to have high 90’s. He was funny, he had a great sense of humor. He learned a love of cars from his dad. He saw a 1984 Corvette and he knew he had to have it, and he did. Over the last year, he and his dad, built and rebuilt that car. He was shipping out to the Navy tomorrow, to start his adult life. Following the path of his grandpa. He had high hopes to become a Navy Pilot, and an Officer. If you knew Ethen, you knew he was going to succeed. He was a big brother, a son, a younger brother. He was filled with so much life with such a bright future ahead of him.
