It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the news of the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Eric Dawkins.

Eric was more than just a coworker—he was a guiding light, a source of wisdom, and a kind presence in all of our lives. Whether it was through his calm demeanor, his willingness to help, or the quiet strength he brought to every room, Eric made a lasting impact on each of us who had the privilege of working beside him.

He had a way of making people feel seen and valued. His laughter could soften the hardest of days, and his work ethic inspired us all to do better, not just in our jobs but in the way we treat one another. He gave freely of his time, his heart, and his humor, never asking for anything in return but always giving more than expected.

As we come to terms with this tremendous loss, we take comfort in knowing how deeply Eric was loved and respected by all who knew him. His legacy will live on in the stories we tell, the lessons we’ve learned from him, and the countless lives he touched.
