It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful mother, Elizabeth Diaz, on the night of February 22nd. Elizabeth was a beacon of love and kindness, bringing joy to everyone she met. Her laughter and compassion touched countless lives, and her absence leaves a void that cannot be filled.

In 2021, Elizabeth was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. She fought very long and hard, displaying incredible strength and resilience throughout her journey. Her determination and courage inspired all of us, and she faced each challenge with grace and dignity.

As we come together to honor her memory, we are faced with the financial challenges of arranging a memorial service that reflects the incredible person she was. Additionally, our father is navigating this difficult time and could use support as he adjusts to life without her. The costs associated with her memorial service and to provide some financial relief for our father during this challenging transition. Your support, whether through kind words, shared memories, or contributions, will mean the world to us as we celebrate our mother’s life and legacy.

Thank you for your love, compassion, and generosity during this difficult time. We are truly grateful for each of you and for the way you’ve touched our lives. Together, we can honor Elizabeth’s spirit and keep her memory alive in our hearts.

Es con profunda tristeza que anunciamos el fallecimiento de nuestra maravillosa madre, Elizabeth Díaz, en la noche del 22 de febrero. Elizabeth fue un faro de amor y bondad, trayendo alegría a todos los que conoció. Su risa y compasión tocaron innumerables vidas, y su ausencia deja un vacío que no se puede llenar.
