Justice Delayed is Justice Denied
Diane was the most important person in my life. Losing her has devastated not only me, but our whole family, “Losing my Nan has completely broken us — she was our strength, our comfort, and the heart of everything.
I miss her more than words can say. I’m now caring for her companion, Ash, who’s unwell. She has a large lump the vets are worried about and needs further scans.
Right now, it’s just me, Mum, and my aunty doing our best to care for her. I can’t lose Ash too — she’s all I have left of Nan.”

STORY
Our family is living through a heartbreak we never thought possible.
On the 24th August 2025, Bateau Bay (Central Coast)
Our beloved Diane’s life was taken from us in the cruellest way.
After this horrific act, a fire was deliberately lit, destroying everything she had — her belongings, her memories and the priceless things she cherished every day; the little pieces of her life that made Dianes home so special.
Leaving behind an emptiness that feels impossible for our family to describe.
Unfortunately nothing was spared.
Losing Diane is a pain beyond words. To know that her life and her home were both taken so violently has left our family shattered. All that remains are the memories we carry in our hearts .
Her beloved dog Ashy is the only treasure that survived the horrific event, but she has been left deeply traumatised and now requires veterinary care and ongoing support.
Ashy is the only thing we have left of Diane’s and she has not only lost her safe home, but the person she loved most in this world — her mum, Diane.
