Dear friends,

We were deeply saddened when we heard the news that our friend Clara had passed away.

We will always remember Clara for how wonderfully kind and elegant she was. A loving Wife, mother and friend, she brought joy and warmth to all whose lives she was a part of. Many friends have such beautiful memories with her. We will never forget our late-night chisme hours over pizza and panecito. Eric and I will miss her stories about all the fun she had with both of our moms during their youth. I will especially miss funnel cake with her at Knott's Berry Farm as we watched her favorite show, the Native American "hoop dance". Her example of keeping a positive attitude despite her health trials will continue to resonate with each of us. It is our hope, that we will see her again in perfect health in an everlasting future where she can continue living her best life with all of us at her side.

As with all challenges that come with losing a loved one, especially when it happens suddenly, one of the main difficulties for families can be the financial burden. If you dear friends and family feel so inclined, this page has been set up for those who wish to donate anonymously to the Gomez family. Though we know it will not lessen their pain, any assistance will lessen the burden and hardship for the family.

Our hearts are with my best friend Chiara, Leon and all who have been affected by Clara's passing. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all of your support. (Ruth 2:12)
