Everyone who knew Christopher Dale Atkins understood that he was truly larger than life—both in stature and in spirit. He was a devoted and loving husband, a caring father, and a genuinely kind man. A skilled tradesman, Chris could handle nearly any task, from tile work and roofing to all aspects of carpentry, always willing to help wherever there was a need.

Chris lived without fear and placed his complete trust in the Lord. In that way, he leaves us a powerful example to follow.

Our family has known the Atkins family for many years. Chris worked tirelessly to ensure that his wife and children never went without, taking on multiple jobs at the camp and with various contractors to provide for his family in an economy that is often challenging for those simply trying to make ends meet.

With Chris’s passing, there is now a significant and immediate need. The Atkins family requires support for household expenses as well as the costs associated with laying Chris to rest.
