Remembering Brian Pierce, A Fallen Hero.

Brian graduated High School in Elkville, IL. He attended John A. Logan for Criminal Justice until 2016. He was passionate about the criminal sciences and took his education to the field as soon as he was able. From 2017 on, Brian focused his time and energy on becoming a Police Officer in the surrounding areas of his hometown. He also installed emergency equipment across Central and Southern Illinois while working with numerous municipalities across the state, including his role as Lieutenant Fire Chief of his hometown.

Officer Brian Pierce died on August 4, 2021, in the line of duty.

He was 24 years old and already a man of work, professionalism, and compassion. Those around him felt his warmth and caring attitude. Everyday, Brian would find work to be done for somebody that he cared for, whether on the job or not. He had many friends and loved ones that he supported throughout the years; this tragic event is terribly unfortunate for any of us who have been lucky enough to know Brian.

We are filled with so much pride in the man he became. Our son/brother/friend was taken from us well before his time, and we will forever miss his love. He will always be in our hearts.

Please honor Officer Pierce by donating to the family.

Thank you for your compassion.
