Remembering Brad, Loving Lisa

Donation protected

On May 19, 2021, my sister's beloved husband Brad passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Brad was an adoring husband, a proud uncle, a protective brother, and a loving son. He never had an unkind word to say about anyone, and he would do absolutely anything for his family and friends. Brad worked extremely hard every day to provide for my sister and their 2 beautiful Belgian Malinois, Gracie and Asher.

Brad and Lisa started their life together at a young age in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They were fiercely devoted to one another from the start. After moving to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 2008, they both started their careers and settled into their new home. Brad and Lisa were married in 2011 at a beautiful beach ceremony in Sanibel Island, Florida. It was an intimate ceremony with just family.  The way Brad and Lisa wanted it. As the music played and Sinatra sang, "My Way", two soulmates became one.

Brad and Lisa's plans for the future were to grow old together, to raise Gracie and Asher, and to raise and train more Malinois. Instead, tragically, my sister is now a widow at the young age of 44. Death puts upon us unbearable emotional pain, but it also brings upon us unwanted financial stress. My family is helping Lisa with both, but we cannot do it alone. We humbly ask you to help. Any amount you would be so kind to bless my sister with will go to cover any costs that have incurred, and to help her wherever it's needed now and in the future.

We think we have more time to prepare for our later years. Proverbs 27:1 tells us that we are not guaranteed tomorrow. If we have learned anything from this tragedy, it's this. Hold your loved ones close and always let them know how much you love them. You never know when it might be the last time.

You are missed already, Brad. We will take great care of Lisa for you. You will live on in our hearts and memories, and we know in faith that we will see you again someday.
