On July 19th, 2025, our hearts were shattered when we lost our beloved Bontavious Smith in a tragic and unexpected car accident on his way to work. His passing was sudden and has left an unthinkable emptiness in the lives of all who knew him.

He leaves behind his loving wife, his beautiful children, devoted family, cherished friends, and countless coworkers who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. The grief we feel is a reflection of the deep love he gave so freely.

Bontavious was more than a husband and father — he was the heart of his family, a loyal friend, an avid and LOUD Georgia Bulldog fan, a store manager for Rent-A-Center, a source of light and strength to everyone he met. His laughter could brighten the darkest day, and his love was felt in every word he spoke and every gesture he gave. Whether he was cracking a joke, quoting one of his infamous quotes, offering a helping hand, or simply being present, Bontavious had a way of making people feel seen and valued.

In the wake of this tragedy, we are reaching out to our community to help cover the unexpected funeral costs, ongoing bills, and support for his family. His passing not only took away a loved one, but also left a significant gap in financial stability for those who depended on him most.
