Billy was a hard working family man. He worked two jobs to help his family. He has been working at Conoco for 10 years. He was robbed at gun point and shot. He never recovered from his injuries. The family can use all the help and support anyone can possibly give!!! Remembering Billy, he will be loved and missed by many.
