Remembering Arville with love.

On Friday Morning, April 18th , our family suffered a great loss. Our Arville was called home to the arms of Jesus rather unexpectedly. Although his earthly body has fought hard for a long while now against several significant health issues including end stage kidney failure, this just wasn't supposed to happen right now. If you weren't already aware of how sick arv was upon meeting him , it wouldn't ever cross your mind. Arv was determined to continue loving and working to provide for and enjoy his family. He wouldn't even apply for disability.

There is no question about his love for his wife, Brandy and his kids. OH MY GOODNESS did he love his grand babies... The Best POPCORN Ever! His love for his family pushed him to keep going even on the worst days and around dialysis and many hospital stays. Arv loved his guitar and making melodies in the hearts of many. He was one of the most selfless men you could ever meet. Arv was always quick to do for others even when his body was working against him. He always went above and beyond to spread love and kindness. He never lost his sense of humor and he continued to smile through it all. Above all his love for Jesus and his eagerness to learn and grow in Christ was evident in all he said and did.

Unfortunately , with all of Arv's health issues , he was repeatedly denied life insurance for funeral/burial costs. This being said we would like to take as much of the financial stress off of Brandy that we can at such a traumatic time. She is going through so much with just accepting his death. If you feel led to give, there are no words to express the gratitude, but above all, love and prayers will be what carries the family through. Thank you!

Our hearts are are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and prayers. Not only have we raised the good start on funeral/burial costs that we were hopeful for , we have exceeded our goal. We will be closing the GoFundMe on Friday. GoFundMe was not the route we wanted to take, but funds directly to the funeral home wasn't an option. Thank you so much for all the love and support ! Brandy works full time and took on a part time job as Arvs health started to decline. Even so, she will be taking a huge financial hit. We do not want her stressing out about. With this help with the funeral/burial costs, family can help her personally. We feel that transparency is so important and want yall to know anything above the goal will go directly to her. The next couple of days will be extremely difficult as we will be accepting the permanence of Arv's physical absence.
