Remembering a Legend: Fisherman Fred Golofaro

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of fisherman, Fred Golofaro. Due to Covid related complications, his life was tragically cut short. If you had the pleasure of knowing Fred, you knew what an extremely passionate, tender, kind, and loving man he was to all he met. As the Senior Editor at The Fisherman Magazine, he was well known for his contributions and achievements in the fishing community. He was a teacher and mentor to all, and dedicated his life to helping children find and pursue their passion of fishing. To his family, he was a loving husband, father, uncle, and grandfather. His memory will continue to live on.
