Abbie Zukowski touched the hearts of so many that she knew &never got thee chance to meet,She had a smile that lit up a room,Freckles that she loved b/c they reminded her of the fact that she looked just like mommy and also the stars in the sky. Abbie was 11 years old when she was crossing the street & killed in Emmaus Pa after school when she was struck by an Unyielding driver. This video is such a tiny glimpse into this Amazing Little girls LIFE& how much she was loved& MISSED. I want her to leave a leagacy and she was such a giving kind hearted little girl w/ so much Passion for EVERYTHING she did! We are Trying to raise as much money as possible to keep her memory alive by creating a Scholarship in Abbies name to a High school Student .I qmAbbies Mom Lisa Zukowski and I have made it my mission to do what Abbie would want and that would be to help others. Abbies Story is known by many and was named the top story of 2015 by wfmz69news reporter Hillary Lane. When we sat down to do the story I told her all about what has been happening(Taylor Swift sent flowers,complete strangers contact me to just say hoiw much Abbie has made them appreciate life ,an asronaut took intrest in Abbie and will be sharing Abbies story w/ potential future astronauts,trees have been planted,bricks dedicated,her soccer #4 has been retired from UMYA(where Abbie played soccer) ,Abbie donated her organs and gave sight to 2 people that have been in the dark for years,& her heart valves are awaiting transplant to save lives so possibly another family does not have to live through this nightmare we are).. At the end of the interview I told Hillary that I want to try and raise funds to give to a HS senior to help with college,right after that she offered her help and has been helping me make this possible. Abbie would be so HAPPY to know that someone can get some help from her.I want to be able to help as much as possible but this is a start and hopefully it just grows and grows so she can help more students afford college .I plan on starting this year if enough funds are raised and I am praying that it will happen and continue to happen to keep my Angels memory alive. Please Understand how much this is appreciated and how much it means to my family & I ! All we can do is keep her BEAUTIFUL & CARING memory alive and it has to start somewhere. Hopefully by the anniversary of her death 5/18 we can put a smile on a students face that deserves it !
