Remembering Frank Bey

On June 6, Frank Bey passed away and on to greater peace and power. Frank was deeply loved by his community and family. We miss the warm space of love he held for us in his heart and his music. We are looking forward to the time when we can gather again to celebrate his life and hold a memorial service.
In the meantime, Frank's wife Toni is being supported in grieving and transition by her family at the Center of Peace. She is working with a couple of Frank's recent collaborators to put together a memorial service for a time when we can all gather again. What we give will help make that space for us to celebrate Frank's memory.
These days are uncertain for all of us. This time of transition for Toni would never be simple, even in easier times. This fund will also support her in any emergency expenses or care she needs over the next few months.
Frank gave us all so much and if you can, please join us in giving a little bit back.
This fundraiser is being run by Marie Hinson and Tom Dwyer who worked closely with Frank and Toni over the last few years to film a documentary about Frank's life. We've been in close touch with Toni over the past few weeks and in conversation with her agreed it would be helpful to set up this fundraiser as a way to invite anyone who has been touched by Frank's music or the making of the film to give with gratitude. Toni will be directly receiving these funds for use at her discretion.
