After a long journey and a hard fought battle Reagan took her final breath at 1:59 pm on Friday, May 31st and has gone home to be with Jesus where she is fully healed.
Reagan was a beautiful, vivacious, and happy-go-lucky young woman who loved her family, friends, and her pets... yes, all of her pets! She loved sports, loved to model, and was an active volunteer in the community!

All of that changed in October 2018 when she started having extreme stomach pains. In November, she ended up in the Emergency Room with primary sclerosing cholangitis, which is a rare, chronic and potentially serious bile duct disease. Her family hoped the doctors had found the answer to Reagan’s health problems and she would soon be on the mend. However, she continued to have symptoms, often severe.
On December 10, her family experienced a devastating health crisis with Reagan. She was admitted to a Lubbock hospital for possible liver failure. The doctors flew her from Lubbock to a Dallas Hospital for further testing, where they determined that she had an unknown small intestine obstruction. She received many medications to attempt to open the obstruction with no success. After several days in Dallas, Reagan returned to Lubbock and again was readmitted to a Lubbock hospital. But her hospital journey was not over! Reagan was flown to Baylor Hospital in Dallas on December 21 for yet more medical tests. While many of you were celebrating the holidays with your families, Reagan’s family was desperately praying for her return to vibrant health!
The situation became even more dire. They were afraid that they might lose Reagan. On January 7th, Reagan had emergency surgery to hopefully determine the cause of the obstruction. The surgeon could not determine the cause nor remove it, but the surgery resulted in Reagan having an ileostomy; there was still great hope that this was a temporary solution.
Reagan turned 20 years young while in the hospital on January 9th. On her birthday, she received the sobering diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the small intestine and Crohn's disease. This sad news rocked her family, but they held fast to their faith.

Reagan’s mom, Debra has taken unpaid leave from her work in order to provide constant care and comfort which included numerous trips to Dallas and extensive hospital stays. Reagan spent the last weeks of her life in the hospital.
This GoFundMe was originally established to help ease the financial pressure of mounting medical bills and day-to-day expenses...now funeral expenses.
Debra and her family wish to thank everyone for their prayers and support throughout this journey and are asking for continued prayers and support as they grieve the loss of their sweet Reagan Grace.
