Chelsea Payne is 24 years old and has a rare kidney disease called Medullary Sponge Kidney (also known as Cacchi–Ricci disease). Medullary Sponge Kidney is a congenital disorder of the kidneys characterized by cystic dilatation of the collecting tubules in one or both kidneys.
This disease has led to kidney failure in her left kidney. She has lived with kidney issues and this diagnosis from the age of 14. She is currently having dialysis treatments every other day and has to pay a large co-pay because of her current insurance benefits.
Chelsea also has a tumor that is located on her left kidney that has grown and needs radiation treatments. The costs that have already accrued, and continue to add up, is overwhelming for Chelsea and her family, and needs financial support in any way possible.
The Payne family is very grateful and appreciative for any generous support given.
Thank you all so very much for your support!
