Support a Small Business Owner

Hi, My name is Amanda Worden and I am the owner of a newly established Salon “Younique Salon & Lounge” that was located in Utica, N.Y. I am a NYS Licensed Nail Specialist.

I have been contemplating on creating this GoFundMe but felt as though it couldn’t hurt to at least try.

I made it ONE YEAR IN BUSINESS as of August 1st while finishing up Esthetics School Full-Time at Continental School of Beauty in Syracuse, N.Y.

As I approached ONE YEAR in Business, My Salon was broken into TWICE in one week. Due to this unfortunate event it has forced me to close down temporarily and plan to relocate sooner than I anticipated.

I have Officially Passed My State Written Esthetics Exam and anticipate to be Fully Licensed by the End of January 2024.

The funds I am requesting would help alleviate a lot of the financial stress I have endured while attending school and replace products that were stolen.

I will be relocating eventually and that is the main goal I will continue to work towards.

This Journey hasn’t been easy at all and I refuse to let anything prevent me from going after my dream of making a way in the Beauty Industry for myself as well as other women!
