Funeral Arrangement for Deborah Levine

My name is Nicole Levine and my family and I are asking for donations on behalf of my mother Deborah Levine for a double lung transplant & relocation costs. In the end of March my mom, Deborah, was hospitalized for pneumonia, had been discharged and a week later in April she returned to the hospital and was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of pulmonary fibrosis. In May my family was informed that my mom would need a double lung transplant to survive, so we were seeking treatment at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. On May 28th Henry Ford deemed my mom too high risk to perform the surgery due to her having increased antibodies. On May 29th my father, Mark Levine, received a call from Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago saying they were willing to do the surgery here. On June 2nd my mom was life-flighted by helicopter from Detroit to Chicago. On June 3rd I, Nicole Levine, came to join her to be her full-time care giver. On June 13th, Deborah has been officially listed for a transplant, since she is in the hospital she could go into surgery very soon. After surgery we will need to stay within 50 miles of the hospital for possibly up to a year. Due to the state of emergency and how quickly this has all happened both my mother & I are currently not working; My father Mark, who is retired and a caretaker for my brother, drives Uber and is trying his best to support all 4 of us. So my family and I are asking for donations to help cover the costs of:

-Relocation & Lodging for all three of us,

- Bills,

-Medications and refills after surgery,

-Appointments and any possible readmission's, -Transportation (gas, bus/train passes, parking passes, etc.,)

-Meals & Groceries

and

-Medical equipment after surgery.
